ATEX TEC PU TAGs
The TEC PU TAGs are transponders especially designed for applications and processes
involving harsh environment and high chemical resistance. Especially on metal surface
the TEC PU 34 mm up to 90 mm versions are perfectly readable.
The TEC PU Tags are available in different sizes and shapes.
From 12 mm, 14,5 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 34 mm, 54 mm up to 90mm. Thanks to its special packaging method using PU material, it also sustains temperatures up to 100°C.
It also withstands contact with most of the solvents and acids generally used in industrial processes.
Applications are all kind of boxes and containers out of all kind of material.
   

ATEX UHF On-Metal TAGs
The ATEX UHF TAGs are transponders especially designed for applications and processesinvolving harsh environment and high chemical resistance. Especially on metal surface. Both versions are perfectly readable.
The ATEX UHF Tags are available in two different sizes and shapes.
Thanks to its special packaging method using special material, it also sustains temperatures up to 120°C.
It also withstands contact with most of the solvents and acids generally used in industrial processes.
Applications are all kind of boxes and containers out of all kind of material.
     
ATEX SPACE TAGs
ATEX SPACE TAG is the most versatile product within the range of the TECTUS industry transponders.
Due to the manufacturing process, our products show the best cost/performance ratio. It has been designed using a dark blue polycarbonate.The ATEX SPACE TAG is available in 3 sizes (20, 30, and 50 mm) and with different ICs. The ATEX SPACE TAGs are used in many different applications such as industrial waste management, pallet identification, warehouse management, process control, etc.
ATEX TEC EASY Adhesive TAGs:
With an adhesive on its back side, the ATEX TEC EASY Tag is a product that can be simply attached to all kind of objects. This is a passive contactless transponder. Due to its design, material and easy handling,
The TEC EASY Tag is ideal for the integration into the client’s specific package designs or can just be directly glued on the material (also on metal surface) to identify and/or track and trace.
ATEX DISC EPOXY TAGs
The ATEX DISC EPOXY TAGs are transponders especially designed for applications and processes involving outdoor use where humidity and water are very common. These TAGs are used in many different applications such as waste management, pallet identification, outdoor logistics management, process control.The ATEX EPOXY TAG has been designed using a black epoxy with glass fibre.
The EPOXY Tag is today available in 2 sizes (20 and 30mm) with the EM 410x IC.
These Tags are used in applications where rugged thin TAGs are needed which withstand slightly higher temperatures compared to other TAGs.

       
ATEX GLASS TAGs
TECTUS offers a useful range of ATEX GLASS TAGs; these are small-sized industrial transponders for use in humidity environment. The GLASS TAG 3.15mm is available with the read only EM and other LF read write ICs like Hitag S etc. The Glass tags are highly resistant to be used in many different environments even for integrating inside metal objects.
   
ATEX ISO Cards:
The TECTUS contactless ATEX certified ISO cards are available with different ICs and various optional features such as magnetic stripe, punch slots and more.
All TECTUS ISO cards have dimensions and tolerances compliant with the ISO norm 7816. Thanks to the small module used the surfaces of the TECTUS ISO Cards are good for printing. Our visual inspection ensures a glossy or better quality for our customers get only glossy quality or better!
