are designed to be used in rugged
environment and hazardous areas like chemical plants,
gas filling stations, raffinery, mining,
onshore and offshore plants.
TECTUS ATEX readers cooperate perfectly with TECTUS ATEX
RFID TAGs
and are even useful in applications where metal and humidity
may concern.

Reader TPF-35-Ex / TPF-35-EX-45
The ATEX TPF-35-Ex
(TECTUS Professional Fixed RFID Reader) is a high performance
Industrial Long Range (up to 400mm) LF 125 kHz RFID reader
with certificate for explosion proof areas. TPF-35-Ex
comes in a very rugged stainless steel ATEX housing to
be used in hazardous industrial areas like chemical plants,
gas filling stations, raffinery, mining, onshore and offshore
plants. Different rugged IP65 ATEX standard RFID antennas
to be used with TPF-35-Ex are available. Customised ATEX
antenna versions (TPA-XX) for special applications and
environments are available on request. The TPF-35-Ex is
available in LF 125 kHz version and cover these ATEX zones:
- ATEX Zone 1 - ATEX Zone 2

Portable RFID Reader TRISP (TECTUS Rugged Intrinsic Safe
PDA)
The TRISP-LF (TECTUS Rugged Intrinsic Safe PDA – LF) is
a high performance Industrial PDA
with certificates for explosion proof areas. Normally
used as handheld these could be used also as stationary
proximity reader by mounting it on the wall or other objects.
TRISP support WLAN, Bluetooth and IrDa functions
as standard feature which makes integration in modern
identification systems very easy.
The TRISP is available in LF 125 kHz / 134,2 kHz FDX and
HDX and HF 13,56 MHz versions
and cover these ATEX zones:
- ATEX Zone 1
- ATEX Zone 2
